With over 15 years of experience as a caregiver, I dedicated my career to supporting patients with dementia and leukemia, offering them comfort and compassionate care. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact of sudden and drastic life changes on individuals and families. This inspired me to shift my focus toward helping others navigate these challenges more effectively.

My journey into holistic health began at the Pacific Rim Institute in Canada, where I studied integrative wellness approaches. I then continued my education at ISSA, earning a certification in Sports Nutrition Science while simultaneously pursuing a Cognitive Behavioral Certification. Wanting to offer a more well-rounded approach to healing, I also pursued certifications in meditation and gentle yoga.

Still, I felt there was more to be done. While my training in cognitive behavioral techniques provided valuable tools, I sought a deeper understanding of human behavior and transformation. This led me to enroll in a doctorate program in Psychology with a specialization in Behavioral Science. My mission is to build a safe, comfortable, and trustworthy community where individuals can find empowerment, growth, and a path to their higher selves and purpose.

Through a holistic and science-backed approach, I am committed to guiding my clients toward lasting wellness—mind, body, and spirit.
